Online ticket sales regulations

regarding performances and events organized by OPERA NOVA in Bydgoszcz

 

1. These regulations are addressed to all persons/users of the website www.opera.bydgoszcz.pl, who via the portal purchase and book tickets.

2. The organizer/seller of online ticket sales is Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, 5 Marszałka Focha Street, 85-070 Bydgoszcz, listed in the Register of Cultural Institutions under the number EKII 4011/06/99 kept by the Marshal of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, REGON number 091282772 and NIP number 9670001897.

3. Payments for tickets are handled by the online service Tpay.com administered by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. registered in Poznań, plac Andersa 3, 17th floor, 61-894 Poznań, listed in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000412357 kept by the District Court of Poznań – Nowe  Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Economic Department of the National Court Register, REGON number 300878437 and NIP number 7773061579

4. Every user has to read these regulations. These regulations include contents that comply with the requirements of the Act on provision of services by electronic means of July 18, 2002.

Purchase of tickets online is possible only after approval of these regulations.

5. The following minimum technical requirements are needed to use the website:    

 - software: any Internet browser using the application JavaScript; software that makes possible viewing and printing tickets saved in PDF format  (e.g. Adobe Reader available for download via the website www.adobe.com)                                                                         

- hardware requirements: computer with access to the Internet; Pentium 233 Mhz processor or better; RAM memory min 128MB video card and monitor with resolution Super VGA (800x600) or higher.

6. Processing of sale/booking requires completion by the user the whole procedure of ticket sale/booking:

 - registration – providing the actual personal information: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail,

 - selection of performance/event and number of tickets,

 - summary of all information and approval of regulations,

 - order confirmation and receiving by e-mail information on purchase/booking ticket/tickets to the e-mail provided during registration.

7. The organizer/seller is not responsible for the effects of providing incorrect or inaccurate information on the registration form. Providing of inaccurate information results in cancellation of reservation.

 

8. The organizer/seller is not responsible for interruption of data transmission during purchase/booking of tickets.

9. The user has the right to purchase/book no more than ten tickets in one order.

10. The online sale system makes possible purchase of ticket/tickets no later than 7 days before specific performance /event.

11. The user makes payment for tickets booked via the Internet, using the selected form of online payment offered by Tpay.com. Payment should be made no later than 15 minutes from placing an order.

12. Tickets booked online should be paid for in the ticket office or by wiring funds to the bank account of Opera Nova, 98 1160 2202 0000 0000 6087 6822, providing in the transfer title: first and last name of the booking person, booking number, and the date and title of performance. Payment should be made the latest within 14 days from making reservation. When the date of performance for which the ticket has been booked is earlier than 14 days, then payment should be made the latest 5 days before the date of performance. The time of payment for money transfer is the day on which payment is received to the account of Opera Nova.

Bookings not paid on time will be cancelled.

13. In order to receive an invoice, please contact the Department of Promotion and Customer Service be sending message to the following e-mail: bilety@opera.bydgoszcz.pl and provide accurate personal or corporate information. An invoice issued (the latest until the end of month, in which transaction has been concluded) will be sent by e-mail or prepared for pick-up in the ticket office.

14. Prices of tickets for specific performances/events are diversified and placed on the following website www.opera.bydgoszcz.pl. Prices are printed on tickets are gross prices that include VAT tax, shown in Polish zlotys. Places are numbered.

15. Ticket is valid from the time of purchase to the end of performance, to which it applies. Ticket is a confidential print and cannot be copied.

16. User can choose from the following forms of pick-up of tickets purchased online:

   - printout of ticket after receiving an e-mail; necessary equipment is computer with software operating files in PDF format with a printer with black ink; ticket has to be printed on white paper;

   - pick-up in the ticket office, no later than 15 minutes before the beginning of performance, to which the ticket applies; please provide the transmission code, first and last name of the purchaser, and in the case of discount ticket, provide the document that entitles to discount;

The user has no priority to pick-up ticket before other customers purchasing tickets in the ticket office.

18. Tickets purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged. The only exception is cancellation of performance by the organizer. Information on returns will be provided by the Department of Promotion and Customer Service by calling 52/325-16-55 or by e-mail: bilety@opera.bydgoszcz.pl

19. Sale/booking is limited with the number of tickets to specific performances/events. Lack of possibility of purchase/booking ticket via the online ticket sale system does not mean lack of tickets in the ticket office of Opera Nova.

20. The organizer/seller reserves the right to finish sale anytime, without giving reasons.

21. The organizer/seller reserves the right to cancel performance/event without giving reasons.

22. Any comments and complaints regarding online sale or booking of tickets should be provided by e-mail to the following address: bilety@opera.bydgoszcz.pl. The right to lodge a complaint is reserved exclusively to users. Complaints can be lodged no later than 14 days from the emerging situation, which is the reason of complaint. Complaints will be reviewed by the organizer within 14 days from receiving them, and the decision will be always binding and final.

23. These regulations can be changed anytime. The organizer/seller undertakes to place information about this fact on the website at least 3 day ahead. The user unconditionally accepts such form of notification about changes.

24. The content of these regulations is available to the user in the ticket offices and on the following website: www.opera.bydgoszcz.pl.

25. Personal data protection policy:

  1. We would like to inform that the Personal Data Controller of your personal data, in accordance the Regulation of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) 2016/679 adopted on 27 April 2016, provided to the Data Controller is Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, ul. Marszałka Focha 5, 85-070 Bydgoszcz.
  2. Personal data provided by you will be processed exclusively for the purposes and in the scope related to functioning of Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, based on relevant laws.
  3. Recipients of data provided by you can be entities authorized based on legal regulations and entities related to functioning of Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz based on the Personal Data Processing Outsourcing Agreement. Your data will not be transferred to a third country.
  4. Your personal data will not be stored until the cessation of the purpose of their processing and in accordance with the requirements resulting from legal regulations or trade guidelines. After cessation of the purpose of their processing, they will be cancelled with the use of IT-supported processes or physically removed in the way preventing their disclosure to the public. Personal data provided will not be subject to automated data processing.
  5. We also want to inform that providing of personal data is voluntary and that you have full right to access your personal data (request of information), and the right to:

- withdraw your approval anytime,

- request a copy of your data,

- rectify data,

- be forgotten (data removal),

- limit processing,

- to transfer data,

- to object,

- be notified about rectification, removal and restriction of processing.
